Grapefruit Peel Candy

Prepare materials.

Use a spatula to scrape off the outer layer of the grapefruit peel.

Put in a large bowl, add salt and knead repeatedly.

Tips:
1. The finished grapefruit peel candy should be sealed and stored, and do not blow it directly, otherwise it will be very dry.
2. After the pomelo peel is boiled, it can be dipped in sugar after a little cooling. Don't wait until it is completely cold.
