Green Bean Cake

Peel 280 grams of mung beans, soak for about 6 hours, and change the water once or twice in the middle.

Steam it in water for about half an hour, and just crush it with your hands.

Use a food processor or blender to beat the mung beans into powder.

After the butter is melted in the pan, add mung bean flour, stir-fry the water, add honey or sugar according to the taste. I eat it for children, so I donβt make it that sweet. I only put 30 grams of honey.

After the mung bean flour is fried, it is kneaded into a round ball and placed in a mold box for compression molding.
