Green Bean Cake

Soak the peeled mung beans overnight, changing the water several times during the period.

Wash the mung beans and steam them in a steamer for 50-60 minutes.

After steaming, use a food processor to add a little water to make a paste.

Pour butter in a non-stick pan, then pour in the mung bean paste after it has melted, and stir fry so that the mung bean paste completely absorbs the oil.
