Green Bean Cake

First prepare the ingredients, homemade pork floss, peeled mung beans, honey, red bean paste, butter, and matcha powder.

Wash the mung beans with water, add appropriate amount of water and soak for one hour

Put it in a pressure cooker and let it grow longer and cook for another 10 minutes. Add water to submerge the mung beans by one centimeter.

Use a spatula to press the boiled mung beans into puree.

Pour the butter and honey into the pot and stir-fry the mung bean paste.

Take an appropriate amount of mung bean paste and put a little matcha powder in about 5 grams, knead it and mix it evenly, then divide it into the same size agent.

Take a flattened and put an appropriate amount of stuffed pork floss red bean paste, put it in your favorite stuffing, wrap it up, put some cooked flour (made of fried glutinous rice flour) in the moon cake mold, pour out the excess cooked flour, and wrap it up. Put the mung bean cake into the moon cake mold and press it out.
