Green Bean Cake
1.
The peeled mung beans are washed thoroughly and soaked in water for 5 hours.
2.
After the mung beans are soaked, put them in an electric pressure cooker. The amount of water is just below the mung beans. Press the beans for 35 minutes, add half of the sugar and oil, and press with a spatula to make a puree.
3.
Put the remaining oil and sugar in the pot and stir-fry the mung bean paste, fry it into shape, divide it into small pieces, break it with chopsticks, let cool, knead it into large pieces, press evenly to make the mung bean paste slightly elastic.
4.
After cooling, it is divided into 40 grams of dough, about 30 pieces can be made.
5.
Take a piece and put it into the mold. I used a 50-gram mold, gently press it evenly, and put in different patterns to make mung bean cakes with different patterns!
