Choose hard and crisp green plums and clean them without any damage.

Marinate in water that hasn’t used green plums for 2 hours. After every 2 hours, rinse with running water for about 10 minutes, and rinse for about 3 times.

The finished product is relatively crisp, but the salt taste is a bit heavy, and the sweetness is not enough. If you like sweetness, you can add a little more sugar and put it in the refrigerator every time.
Tips:
When rubbing with salt, be sure to rub thoroughly. It is best to wear gloves. Otherwise, the dough will be a bit bitter. Mine is a bit not rubbed. Next time I correct it, the sugar water must be cooled thoroughly every time, otherwise it will not be crispy.
