Green Plum Wine

There are no green plums here in Guizhou, so I bought a few kilos from the Internet. The color is good and there is no bad fruit. I am very satisfied!
Green plum: rock sugar: wine = 1:0.5:1

First, put the green plums in the water and wash them repeatedly. The roots of the green plums are removed one by one with a toothpick. There are impurities in the roots, so you must remove them one by one and keep them clean so that the brewed wine will not spoil!

After the fruit is cleaned, the water must be completely air-dried or air-dried to avoid moldy and deterioration of the fruit wine due to the residual water, and the acidity and taste are removed.
Here’s a tip: It’s not recommended to wipe dry with toilet paper, because there will be fine paper scraps on the fruit!

Pick the right green plum to make wine!
Bruised or broken green plums are not suitable for making wine! Choose green plums that are intact and have a smooth surface

Green plum wine is placed in a cool place and can be opened for drinking after 3 months. Do not open the lid in between.

Ingredients: green plum, white sugar
Ome dew is candied green plum. Pickled green plums with sugar!
The method is very simple, just do it in proportion!
