Green Sago with Coconut Milk

Add 600mL of water to the pot and boil, then add sago.

Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, the sago will become half-cooked, cover and stuff for 10 minutes.

The sago should be completely transparent after 10 minutes.

Pour out the cold water and set aside.

Add 400mL of water to the pot again, add 100mL of coconut milk and 6 tablespoons of brown sugar to boil.

Add the drained sago to a boil.

The cooked sago will have a clearer color, and you can add 30mL of milk for color mixing.
