Vanilla Sago

Prepare the main ingredient green sago.

Add half a pot of water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add 100 g of green sago, stir and cover tightly, cook until there is a little white in the middle, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes until the sago is transparent and has no white spots.

Pour out the hot water from the sago, and use cold boiled water to cool it down. (I like the sago with a little white in the middle, but I don’t like it can be simmered until completely transparent)

Take a small bowl, take out an appropriate amount of sago, soak in an appropriate amount of milk and an appropriate amount of honey, mix well and eat.

Finished product. The natural vanilla scent is "sweet". Pick mint for decoration.
