Griddle Chicken Tip

The tips of the bought chickens were washed repeatedly. Add water, cooking wine, green onion, ginger slices and cook.

Tips:
When deep-fried chicken is fried, it must be deep-fried slowly over a low fire to get out the moisture inside. The side dishes can be matched according to your own taste. I personally think that lotus root and lettuce are also very good.
