Griddle Sambo

Prepare the ingredients; the roast duck is actually roasted in the oven by myself~

Quail eggs are boiled and peeled;

Roast duck chop pieces;
4.
Cut the pork belly into small pieces;
5.
Fragrant dried and cut into small pieces;

Cut green pepper into small pieces; cut dried red pepper into sections; slice garlic and cut ginger into small pieces;

Add a small amount of oil to the pot, add the pork belly and fry to get the oil and serve;

Leave the oil in the pot, pour in the fragrant dried and quail eggs and fry them for golden brown;

Saute the shallots, garlic and chili;

Add roast duck, fragrant dried, quail eggs and pork belly and stir-fry evenly;

Add appropriate amount of salt, pour in the braised soy sauce and fry for color, add half a bowl of water, cover and simmer until the juice is collected;
12.
Finally, add the green pepper and green onion and stir well.
