Grilled Eggplant with Sauce

One eggplant.

Seasonings include light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt.

Seasonings include soybean oil, homemade pepper and chili oil, and tomato sauce. Ketchup has no salt or oil. Thirteen spices powder.

Wash the eggplant and slice it for later use.

Heat a pan with two spoons of oil, and fry the eggplant slices in the pan until soft.

To fry the eggplant, use a low heat, and take out just after coloring on both sides.

Tips:
Fry the eggplant over low heat and stir the soup frequently. Can't stew for a long time.
