Grilled Fish

After the fish has been marinated for 40 minutes, slightly remove the sauce from the belly of the fish, and mix evenly with the extra sauce.

Spread tin foil on the baking tray, and spread thousands of silk evenly on the tin foil.

Then put the fish on a thousand pieces of silk, use a silicone brush to coat the fish skin with oil, and sprinkle some chopped coriander stems.

Shred the pepper and sprinkle it on the fish.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the fish in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.

The grilled fish is sprinkled with a thin layer of cumin powder, and the coriander, peanuts, and green onions are sprinkled on the fish. Drizzle hot oil on the fish, sprinkle some sesame oil on it, and you're done!
