Steamed Fresh Fish

Remove the internal organs and scales of the live fish, cut a few cuts diagonally on both sides of the fish, then put the ginger slices into the cuts, spread the scallions on both sides of the fish, and steam on the steamer for 10 minutes.

Remove the shredded green onion and ginger from the fish when out of the pan
3.
Mix the steamed fish sauce with salt and monosodium glutamate and pour it on the fish, then sprinkle with green onion and chili parsley.
Tips:
The green onion under the fish body does not need to be shredded, just cut in half with a knife, which is convenient for laying
