Grilled Lamb Chops with Cumin

Wash lamb chops and wipe dry. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Put half a tablespoon of butter in a baking tray and melt in the microwave for 10 seconds. Then stir the butter, add the lamb chops and coat the butter evenly.

Sprinkle evenly on both sides: 1 tablespoon smoked juice, 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon five-spice powder. The oven should be preheated at this time. Put the baking tray into the top front of the oven (the side with the fat) and bake for 15 minutes.

Take it out after 15 minutes, and add: 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce. Then turn it over and put it back in the oven to bake the back for 10 minutes.

Take it out after 10 minutes and add: 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce. Then turn it back to the front and put it back in the oven to bake for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, take it out and cut the whole row of lamb chops. Then add: 1 tablespoon of ground cumin, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder. Put it back into the oven, do not turn the sides, bake for 5 minutes, and turn off the oven after 5 minutes. But leave the lamb chops in the oven for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, take it out and sprinkle with chopped green onions (you can sprinkle with chili powder if you like spicy food), and then use a spoon to pour the oil from the roasting pan onto the chives, then you can put it on the plate It's the table.
Tips:
I personally don't like to marinate before baking. Instead, I flip it regularly and add seasonings, so that the flavor will be more delicious and fragrant, and the seasoning will not burn. But be sure to remember not to make a mistake on the front and back, and do not make a mistake in the order. Also, for those with cumin grains, it is best to use cumin grains, which are more fragrant than cumin powder when roasted.
