Grilled Square Fish

Peel off the skin of the square fish, remove the intestines and wash it, soak up the water with kitchen paper

Put ginger slices, cooking wine, salt

Light soy sauce

Put barbecue ingredients

Knead well and marinate for more than 2 hours

Take it out and put it on the grill to filter out the water
