Guava/guava Milkshake

After washing, peel, remove the seeds, and cut into pieces (if you have a wall breaker without peeling or removing the seeds, the taste is good. Some people will have diarrhea when eating seeds. Choose whether to choose according to your preference.) For the subsequent taste, refrigerate the guava before processing Cool down.

I used a wall-breaking machine to smash, add sugar and a little salt at the same time (a bit of salt in the squeezed juice tastes better, the amount is subject to no salty taste, about 1/3 tsp), do not add when smashing Yoghurt milk, otherwise it will feel like milk frothy taste is not delicate. If you are using a juicer, you need to filter the residue before proceeding.

Sugars are added after crushing or juice (adding in the crushing of the wall breaker, adding powdered sugar or white sugar or syrup or honey after the filter residue of the juicer) personally do not like the taste of honey in the juice. Add yogurt and milk (about two tablespoons each for four guava, add according to the consistency and personal taste). After many trials, I personally do not recommend adding coconut juice and various jams to guava juice. Stir in the 1st gear of the wall-breaker or squeeze the residue from the juicer and drink directly after stirring.
Tips:
Try to drink juice immediately. If you like cold drinks, it’s best to refrigerate the guava before crushing it. When not baking milk, do not froth, just stir manually or slowly.
