The washed inch bones are drained of water.

Pour the marinade on the inch bones. If there is more water on the bones before marinating the meat, press them dry with kitchen paper and then marinate.

Add chopped green onions and chopped ginger.

Mix well and marinate for 2 hours, turning over several times on the way.

Steam the marinated inch bones in a pot for 40 minutes.
