Hairy Root and Horseshoe Pork Bone Soup
1.
Prepare fresh ingredients.
2.
Wash the pork bones after boiling water
3.
Put the clean water into the pork bones (I am personally used to putting the ingredients only when the pig is boiling)
4.
Put the hairy roots, sugar cane, and horseshoe into the pot (carrots are put in half and 20 minutes later). Add enough water at once.
5.
Cover the pot and boil on high heat and turn to low heat. I boil it for an hour here (the best choice is a casserole because it has a good heat preservation effect. Apart from the stew pot, the casserole is what I like. The soup is really great.
6.
Put in the right amount of salt according to personal taste
