This is the pizza I made when I participated in the fragrance smelling event earlier. It was a three-day event, and the on-site conditions and materials were very limited; haha, it can only test my imagination~`~"

Ingredients

Ham and Pepper Pizza

1. The ham is ready (only 1/3 of the round ham is used)

2. Brush the tin foil with salad oil, put on the bottom of the quick-frozen cake, and then spread a layer of pizza sauce

3. Put onion shreds, colored pepper shreds and shredded cheese, and then arrange the cut round ham slices in the shape of petals

4. Spread another ham slice

5. Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, then add some colored pepper diamond slices to decorate

6. Finally, sprinkle another layer of mozzarella cheese

7. Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven: 200°C fast heat file for 25 minutes

Tips:

1. It is baked with ready-made pizza base, which is convenient and fast
2. Color peppers and onions have a lot of water, so I use 200 degrees for 25 minutes (normally 180 degrees for 20 minutes is fine)
