Hand-cooked Peach Pie

Prepare peach jam, or replace it with other jams

Defrost the hand cake and cut into four slices
3.
Take a batch of hand cakes and put the right amount of jam
4.
Then grab the cake and wrap the jam diagonally and press it tightly
5.
Beat up the liquid of an egg
6.
Use a brush to put the egg mixture on top of the prepared peach pie
7.
Brush each peach pie with egg wash
8.
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
Tips:
The peach jam can also be replaced with other jams. The hand cakes can be defrosted a little bit. Don't defrost so that they are too soft and not easy to pack.
