Hand-warming Brown Sugar Ginger and Jujube Cream

Wash 500g ginger and cut into pieces, put it in a juicer, and squeeze the ginger juice

250g pitted red dates, cut into small pieces

Put the ginger juice and red jujube diced into a blender and beat finely to make ginger jujube puree

Put ginger and jujube puree, 250g brown sugar, 50ml water, turn on a low heat, stir and simmer until thick

Put the brown sugar ginger and jujube paste into an airtight jar while it is hot, close the lid, let it cool upside down (to form a vacuum state, which is good for storage), and put it in the refrigerator
