Handmade Apple Marshmallow

Stir the apple juice and sugar evenly and bring to a boil on low heat

Put the isinglass in cold water and soak for about 5 minutes

When the apple juice starts to boil, turn off the heat, squeeze out the isinglass soaked in cold water and put it into the sauce pan

Stir evenly, then put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or put it in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes

The blender stirs the refrigerated apple juice until it forms a texture as shown in the figure

Put it in a middle-sized baking tray, and then put it in the refrigerator to freeze for more than 2 hours~~ If it is frozen overnight or longer, melt it at room temperature 30 minutes before eating~

Finally, scoop out the apple flesh with a small ball star spoon, put it on top of the marshmallow, and sprinkle some powdered sugar~~
