Prepare a small pot, boil the water in the pot, and remember that the water level should not be too high, so that the water will overflow when the bowl of melted chocolate is put in. Turn off the heat after boiling the water, put the chocolate in a small bowl and heat it until it melts~ The reason why the heating is not continued is that too high fruit will cause the melted chocolate to separate from oil and water~ The finished product will have a rough texture and no luster~

Pour the melted chocolate into the mold and use a small spoon to fill it in little by little so that it is not easy to spill out. Then put it in the refrigerator or a place where the room temperature is low for a while, after it hardens, it can be demoulded

If you want to make double-color chocolate, it is very simple~ just pour half the color of the chocolate and wait for it to solidify, then add another color of chocolate, solidify again and demould it.

Silicon mold is the easiest mold to release among the molds for making chocolate

After demoulding, you can cut small holes in the piping bag and draw some small patterns or something
