Home Edition Beef in Oyster Sauce

Beef slices, marinated with corned beef material for flavor (about 20 minutes).

Prepare shredded ginger, chopped onion, and chopped chili.

The sauce is ready. (See the ingredients list for details)

Wash the vegetables.

Water starch is adjusted.

Put a proper amount of water in the wok to boil, add a little cooking oil and salt, boil the vegetables and set aside for later use.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok, heat it up, over-oil the marinated beef, and quickly get out of the pan when it changes color.

Leave a little oil in the wok, and fry the onion, ginger and chili until fragrant.

Pour the beef and stir-fry evenly.

Add the sauce and stir well.
11.
Add water to thicken the starch and it will be out of the pot.
Tips:
Steps 8-11 should be fried quickly, the beef will grow old if the beef is fried for too long.
