Home-made Toon Sauce

Wash the fresh toon and set aside.

Boil water in a saucepan and blanch the toon.

Chop the toon, put it in a food processor, put in 300g of cold boiled water, instantaneously stand for 10 seconds, add salt, repeat three to four times.

Beat into fine sauce.

Put it into a clean glass bottle.

Bring the peanut oil to a boil, let it cool, and pour it into a glass bottle. The toon sauce is the upper layer, one for seasoning and the other for keeping fresh.

Put the lid on, put it in the refrigerator, and take it as you eat. It can be used to mix vegetables, noodles, steamed buns, etc.
Tips:
Ordinary cooking wall breaker may not be very suitable, you need to prepare 300 grams of cold boiled water for beating. After pouring the cooked peanut oil into the bottle, do not stir it. Let the oil seal the top layer of the sauce.
