Home-made Yogurt

Prepare a yogurt maker, a long spoon, a liter of pure milk, a pack of yogurt starter (purple), and the old yogurt companion (silver) according to personal taste, optional;

Pour pure milk, a small packet of yogurt starter, and a bag of old yogurt companion into the yogurt machine in turn;
3.
Put it into the yogurt machine after stirring evenly;
4.
Cover the yogurt machine and ferment for 6~8 hours with electricity;
5.
The delicious yogurt is fermented;
6.
Cover the prepared yogurt and put it in the refrigerator for 16 hours for the best effect;
7.
The delicious and savory yogurt is ready, go and enjoy!
Tips:
1. Before making yogurt, fresh milk must be boiled and sterilized to evaporate a part of the water. When it is cooled to 38~42 degrees, bacteria powder can be added. The resulting yogurt will be thicker and thicker.
2. The fermentation time is long. Yogurt will be very sour. You can add more sugar or honey to adjust the taste.
