1. Although Qiuli Gao has a good taste, it cannot be drunk casually as a beverage. Chinese medicine believes that Qiuli paste is cold in nature, so it is best for people with weak spleen and stomach, cold hands and feet, and loose stools to eat less or not.
2. Qiuli paste contains high sugar content, so it is not suitable for diabetics.
