Homemade Baby Meat Floss

Wash the pork hind legs and cut into small pieces, blanch in a pot under cold water, and add Chinese pepper to the pot. Remove the pork and drain.

Change the water in the pot, add green onion and ginger, add pork and re-cook until the pork is broken in one pinch. Remove the water and let it cool.

Tips:
Because it is for the child to eat, no salt is added. When the baby drinks the porridge, add some pork floss to nourish it!
