Homemade Bubble Tea

Prepare 40 grams of brown sugar (or brown sugar).

Bring brown sugar and 50 grams of water to a boil.

Pour the boiled brown sugar into the tapioca starch, mix well and form a dough, knead into small balls, sprinkle a little dry starch to prevent sticking.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add pearl balls to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Scoop the boiled pearl balls in cold water.

Put the black tea bag into the pot and add a cup of water. After it is boiled, add some sugar and cook for another 5 minutes.

Put the pearl balls into the cup, pour black tea and milk into the cup according to your preferred ratio and stir evenly. If you want to drink ice, you can add an appropriate amount of ice cubes or pour ice milk.
Tips:
1. If there is condensed milk, it is also very good to replace sugar and add it to milk tea, and the milk flavor will be stronger.
2. Don't rub the pearl balls too much, otherwise the cooking time will be prolonged
3. Before cooking, use a sieve to sieve out the excessive dry powder on the surface of the ball to prevent it from sticking together when it is cooked.
4. Different brands of tapioca starch have different water absorption, and the amount of starch and red syrup can be adjusted according to the situation.
