Homemade Canned Pears

Peel and cut fragrant pears

After peeling, soak in salt-less white water to prevent the pears from discoloring

Add 500ML of water to the pot, add the fragrant pears

After boiling, add rock sugar and white granulated sugar, cook for 5 minutes, and keep it in a container for high temperature sterilization (boil it in boiling water),
Pour the cooked pear cubes into the container together with the sugar water. Keep it in the refrigerator after it has cooled down completely.
Tips:
It can be stored in the refrigerator for about half a month. Because it does not contain preservatives, it is not recommended to store it for longer. If possible, eat it as soon as possible. If mold or peculiar smell is found, the soup is cloudy and viscous, do not eat.
You can also just put rock sugar or only white granulated sugar, use soft white sugar to reduce the amount, and choose harder pears
