Homemade Coconut

Fresh coconut meat.
2.
Put the coconut meat into the food processor.
3.
Shred the coconut meat.
4.
Put the minced coconut in the wok and pour a few drops of camellia oil.
5.
Stir fry over low fire.
6.
When the fry coconut is dry and slightly yellowed, turn off the heat.
7.
Finished product.
Tips:
Don't add too much oil, just a few drops.
