Homemade Condensed Milk Yogurt
1.
Choose pure milk for milk, high-calcium milk is not suitable for fermentation.
2.
A small bag of yogurt starter. (1g)
3.
Whipping cream 80g
4.
Choose the amount of condensed milk according to personal preference. If you like the sour taste, you can put it less, and if you like a little dessert, you can put a little more. My family likes to be sweeter, so I usually put 80g of condensed milk.
5.
I will not map the steps one by one. It is relatively simple. Put a small amount of pure milk in the yogurt container, add the starter, and mix well, then add all the milk, whipped cream and condensed milk and mix well. There will be bubbles after stirring, this is okay, it does not affect the food. You can make a few taps on the table. The stirring time is a little longer, because the whipped cream and condensed milk are thick and greasy, and the yogurt that is fermented by stirring too short will not taste evenly.
6.
Close the sealing cap.
7.
Add a small amount of warm water at 40 degrees to the yogurt maker, put in the inner pot, and ferment for 8-10 hours after power on.
8.
After fermentation, the yogurt solidifies into a whole piece. You can put the inner container directly in the refrigerator for refrigeration. It can be eaten directly after fermentation, but the taste is not as good as that after refrigeration.
9.
I like to mash the whole piece of milk and put it in a yogurt bottle before refrigerating it. Our kids like food that looks cute, so I just buy a few more bottles and pack them. It is convenient for everyone to have one bottle per person.
10.
The refrigeration time can be customized. This is the finished product after refrigeration. You can add fruits, Oreos or digestive biscuits according to personal preference.
You can also add condensed milk when you eat it, but I personally think that yogurt fermented with condensed milk will be more delicate.
You don't need to add a lot of condensed milk at a time. Taste it after fermentation. If it is too sour, add some condensed milk appropriately.
Our family didn’t like it, so I didn’t release it~
Tips:
·
My yogurt machine is 1L. I used 800 pure milk this time. Other ingredients are also reduced proportionally. You can adjust the amount of ingredients according to your family's needs and taste preferences.
Generally speaking, the yogurt made in this way is delicate and thick, not worse than the purchased one~
Do it yourself and eat it!
