Homemade Double Skin Milk

1. Prepare 2 boxes of pure milk (I used 2 boxes of 500ml, serving for 2 people. You can also use a box of pure milk, depending on how many people serve)

3. After the milk is boiled, let it cool naturally.

4. Add 3 egg whites, stir in an appropriate amount of sugar, and skim the foam.

5. Cover with plastic wrap and pierce small holes with toothpicks.

6. Steam in the steamer and steam for 12 minutes, then simmer for 6 minutes.

7. Finally, just put the fruits or dried fruits you like to eat. It tastes better if it is frozen in the refrigerator.

Tips:

Adding 3 egg whites is pure egg whites, a little egg yolk is not needed. The whole process will be fine in less than half an hour.
