Homemade French Fries

Prepare ingredients: a large potato.

Cut the potatoes into strips. (Choose to cut long or short strips according to the situation.)

Soak in water to remove starch.

Boil in boiling water for three minutes, remove and drain the water. (Put salt in the water.)
