Homemade Fresh Fruit Yogurt Cups

Prepare the materials. The containers and utensils used when making yogurt should be disinfected with boiling water in advance and the water should be dried;

Pour the yogurt seed powder into the container;

Pour a little milk into the container, stir until the bacterial seed powder is completely dissolved, then add the remaining milk, and close the lid of the container;

Put it into the yogurt maker, turn on the power, and start to ferment, about 8 hours;

When the time is up, take out the container and you can see that the yogurt has solidified very well, like soft tofu;

Take the pulp of all kinds of fruits and put them in yogurt. Mix well when eating. You can also add some honey according to your own taste.
Tips:
1. When the room temperature is high in spring and summer, use normal temperature milk. In winter, the room temperature is low. You can first heat the milk to lukewarm (not more than 40 degrees), and then mix it with the bacterial powder;
2. The bacterial powder must be mixed evenly with milk, and the container and utensils used must be water-free and oil-free;
3. If you want a richer milk flavor, you can mix 900ml milk + 100ml whipped cream and ferment;
4. The specific fermentation time should be adjusted according to the room temperature. When the room temperature is low in winter, you can also add some warm water to the yogurt machine, and then put the container into the yogurt machine to help fermentation;
5. After the prepared yogurt is completely cooled, refrigerate and passivate overnight, and the taste will be better. In addition, since homemade yogurt does not contain preservatives, it is best to eat it within 3 to 4 days even if it is refrigerated;
6. During the refrigeration process, yogurt may precipitate a light yellow liquid. This is a normal phenomenon, the liquid that separates out is whey, and you can drink it directly;
7. The yogurt seed powder should be frozen and stored, and it should be taken out of the freezer when using it, and there is no need to thaw it in advance.
