Homemade Fruit Yogurt

Prepare the ingredients: 400ml pure milk, 0.5g yogurt fungus powder, 1 mango, 30g blueberries, appropriate amount of sugar.

The glass cup is blanched with boiling water for about 10 minutes in advance, sterilized at high temperature, and after cooling, pour pure milk into it.

Add the yogurt bacteria powder, stir well, and close the lid.

Add clean water to the health pot, the water level is between 0.6L-0.8L, and put it into the glass stewing pot.

Select "yogurt" in the fine stew, press "start", the default is 8 hours, and a beep will sound when the program ends.

After the yogurt is ready, add appropriate amount of sugar according to personal taste.

Cut the mango into small pieces and clean the blueberries.

You can add fruits, nuts, etc. according to personal preference.
Tips:
Remember not to drink yogurt on an empty stomach, because drinking yogurt on an empty stomach can easily kill lactic acid bacteria and weaken its health care effect.
When drinking, it is best not to heat, because the beneficial bacteria in the yogurt will die after heating, the nutritional value will be reduced, and the taste will also change.
The amount of milk that you can drink for two days is appropriate, about 400 ml. If you make too much, leave it for a long time, and the yogurt will become too sour, and it will not taste good.
Don't put sugar when making yogurt, it tastes better when you eat it.
