Homemade Grapefruit Tea

One grapefruit, soak the skin, rub it with fine salt and rinse it off.

Peel off the grapefruit skin and carefully clean the white skin inside the skin with a knife. The cleaner the better.

The cleaned grapefruit peel is cut into filaments and soaked in salt water for 1 hour.
