Homemade Jelly

Market-bought potato starch

Pour a bowl of dry starch into a larger clean basin

Add two bowls of water and mix well until there are no dry powder particles
4.
Pour half a bowl of water into the pot and boil
5.
Stir the starch paste from the bottom and pour it into the boiling water pot. Stir in a clockwise direction from the bottom with a wooden spatula.

Stir to be viscous and translucent
7.
Turn off the heat immediately and pour it into a container while it is hot
8.
Cut the prepared jelly into small pieces
9.
Add seasonings according to personal taste and stir and you can enjoy
Tips:
1. When making jelly, use a low heat to prevent the pot from sticking.
2. Let the jelly be cooled before cutting
3. Put a bowl of water to moisten the noodles, it is better to cut
