Homemade Kefir Yogurt

Put pure milk into the container and add white sugar to heat it in water, and the sugar will melt without boiling. When the temperature drops to hand temperature, add the yogurt bacteria powder and stir evenly

Divide into small bottles that have been sterilized by high temperature. Such small bottles contain about 100 ml each, and my bread maker can fit exactly 10

Put it neatly into the bucket of the bread machine

Press the yogurt button, and after the bread machine works for 8 hours, take out the yogurt bottle and put it in the refrigerator in time.

Tips:
Containers and tools for yogurt should be sterilized in high-temperature water.
