Homemade Mango Yogurt

One kilogram of pure milk, one gram of lactic acid bacteria in a small packet, and a large sterilized bowl (forgot to shoot the spoon)

Pour a little milk into the bowl, add lactic acid bacteria and stir well

Then add all the milk and stir well (I don’t think I can drink so much at a time, and I left some for cake)

Cover the plastic wrap and put it in the oven to start the fermentation function, seven hours later

Add a little bit of homemade orange jam and powdered sugar to taste
