Homemade Mini Dried Tomatoes [part of The Series]

1. Mini tomatoes.

5. Spread the spare tissues flat, and arrange the mini tomatoes in line.

6. Fold the paper towel in half to cover the mini tomatoes, and then gently press with both hands to wipe off the moisture. (At this time, the paper towel can be wiped dry by moving it slightly with the mini tomatoes.)

7. Using a fruit knife, cut in half on the top of the center of the mini tomato stalk.

8. Arrange the half-cut mini tomatoes in a spare baking tray, sprinkle with a little salt, and place them for 10 minutes. (When sprinkling salt, you should sprinkle one by one more evenly, don't sprinkle too much)

9. After marinating for 10 minutes, the upper layer of the mini tomatoes will show moisture.

10. Then cover the spare paper towel on top of the mini tomatoes, use both hands to gently press to absorb the moisture.

12. Put it in the oven again. The temperature is adjusted to 110 degrees and the baking time is 180 minutes (3 hours).

Tips:

Afterwords:

1: Don't sprinkle too much salt. After roasting, it will appear in vain. In the picture of step (15), the third in the first row is a little bit vain.
