Prepare ingredients: 450ml pure milk, 100ml Guanyi milk yogurt, 40g fine sugar.

Pour pure milk into the measuring cup, add fine sugar and stir well.

Add Guanyi Milk Yogurt to pure milk and mix well.

Sieve three times, which cannot be omitted.

The glass container can be cleaned and sterilized at high temperature and can be steamed or boiled. Pour the milk liquid into the glass container and close the lid.

Place the glass container with milk in the Kuchenquan smart rice cooker, and add pure water as shown in the figure.

Select the yogurt mode and turn it on. The fermentation time is 8 hours.

You can choose to cook it at night, and put it in the refrigerator in the morning and eat it at night.

Tips:
1. Pure milk should have a high protein content, which is 3.0 per 100 grams.
2. I use Guanyi Milk for yogurt, if you choose other brands, you can also.
3. The self-made yogurt has no additives, and the shelf life is very short, so it must be consumed as soon as possible.
