Homemade Old Yogurt

The thermos cup of the yogurt maker is cleaned and disinfected and dried for later use.

Pour the pure milk into a milk pan, add the fine sugar, heat it on a low heat until the fine sugar melts and turn off the heat.

When the milk cools to the temperature of the palm of your hand, pour the yogurt starter and stir evenly.

The start-up time was eight hours after the lid was closed, and it was too cold in winter, so I adjusted it for ten hours.
