Yogurt is a daily essential drink in my family. It uses milk as a raw material. After sterilization, beneficial bacteria are added to the milk. After fermentation, it retains all the advantages of milk and becomes a more suitable nutrition and health product for us. Drinking it regularly is of great benefit to the human body. Its approach is also super simple.

1. 1) Prepare all required materials.

2. 2) Pour the milk and evaporated milk into the milk pan.

3. 3) Add granulated sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to avoid muddy bottom of the pot.

4. 4) Turn off the heat after the pot is turned on, put a thermometer to measure the temperature, and set it to about 45 degrees. It doesn't matter if you don't have a thermometer. When the milk is put on the outer wall of the pot, it will be hot but not hot (be careful not to get too hot).

7. 7) Select menu 19 to make yogurt. (It is more convenient to operate with a WIFI mobile phone) The production takes 8 hours. I did it before going to bed and it was done the next day when I woke up.

8. 8) Put the empty yogurt bottle in boiling water for 10 minutes in advance to sterilize.

9. 9) After the production is completed, the mobile phone has a reminder. Take a spoonful and see how much better this old yogurt is than the one you bought. Healthy and safe old yogurt.
