Homemade Old Yogurt in A Bread Machine

1) Prepare all required materials.

2) Pour the milk and evaporated milk into the milk pan.

3) Add granulated sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to avoid muddy bottom of the pot.

4) Turn off the heat after the pot is turned on, put a thermometer to measure the temperature, and set it to about 45 degrees. It doesn't matter if you don't have a thermometer. When the milk is put on the outer wall of the pot, it will be hot but not hot (be careful not to get too hot).

5) When the temperature reaches 45 degrees, pour the fermented yogurt as a primer and stir evenly.

6) Pour the milk into the bucket of the bread machine, without the mixing blade.

7) Select menu 19 to make yogurt. (It is more convenient to operate with a WIFI mobile phone) The production takes 8 hours. I did it before going to bed and it was done the next day when I woke up.

8) Put the empty yogurt bottle in boiling water for 10 minutes in advance to sterilize.
