Homemade Orange Marmalade

First you have to eat these oranges

A small bottle of 2 orange peels is enough for you to make

Cut the orange zest into small pieces, the smaller the better, it's a bit dense phobia (^_-)

Put the orange zest on high heat and stir fry

Add a little more sugar to completely cover the orange zest, then stir fry the sugar and melt it

Add 3 scoops of honey and 5 scoops.

After filling it into the bottle while it’s hot, tightly screwed and cooled, put it in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days before eating.
