Steamed Orange Sponge Cake

Ingredients: 110 grams of orange puree, 180 grams of low-gluten flour, 20 grams of rice flour, 100 grams of sugar, 80 grams of milk, 1 orange zest, 1 egg, 30 grams of corn oil, 5 grams of baking powder

Tips:
The amount of orange zest can be adjusted according to your preferences.
When mixing the batter, it is not advisable to stir in a circular motion to prevent the flour from becoming gluten and affecting the taste.
The steaming time should not be too long to avoid the accumulation of water vapor and affect the quality of the product.
