Homemade Oven Yogurt

Raw materials: pure milk, yogurt bacteria, high temperature resistant glass bottles, stainless steel basins.

Add water to the pot to boil, and sterilize the glass bottle.
3.
Disinfection of stainless steel basin.
4.
Add milk to the stainless steel basin.
5.
Add yogurt bacteria.
6.
Stir the milk and yogurt with sterilized chopsticks.
7.
Fill the milk in the bottle.
8.
Close the bottle cap and tighten it.
9.
Put the glass bottle into the oven, with fermentation function, set the temperature to 43 degrees for 8 hours.
10.
After 8 hours of waiting, the yogurt is ready.
11.
Add the fruits you like.
Tips:
1. The glass bottle needs to be heat-resistant and must be disinfected.
2. The stainless steel basin also needs to be disinfected.
3. The milk and yogurt bacteria should be stirred and blended.
4. The utensils used for stirring should also be disinfected.
5. Depending on the oven, the temperature will be different. You need to set it according to your own oven. I use an ACA, ATO-E43A oven. The temperature is set to 43 degrees, and the time is 8 hours. The time and temperature are for reference only.
