Homemade Pearl Roasted Herbal Milk Tea

Prepare a brown sugar

Add appropriate amount of water and boil until thick

Pour the brown sugar water into the tapioca flour and knead it into a ball

Roll the rubbed pearls in tapioca flour again

Pour the boiled pearls into the hot water pot and boil

Boil black tea with water

Pour the black and white evaporated milk into the cup and add the caster sugar

Pour the brewed black tea into the cup
9.
Add in the burnt grass and the pearls cooked before.
