Homemade Pearls
1.
Take 100 grams of tapioca starch.
2.
Brown sugar is appropriate. Brown sugar is darker than pearls. I used two spoons.
3.
Put brown sugar in 80 grams of water to boil, and pour into the powder.
4.
Stir it quickly with chopsticks and knead it well when it is not hot.
5.
I knead it well and divide it into three small balls, which are more convenient for making pearls.
6.
Grabbing a small dough with your hands and rubbing the pearls with your hands. This step is more tiring. Rub it slowly! When the dough is too dry during the kneading process, wipe some water with your hands so that it will not dry out.
7.
Rub the pearls into the tray and put them in the refrigerator. They can be stored for a long time. If you want to eat them, you can cook them immediately. For example, immediately eat the water and boil the pearls. Have you learned it?
